Connie Britton is sharing details about her life before becoming an A-list actress.
The “White Lotus” star appeared on Wednesday’s episode of “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” and told Jennifer Hudson that she “pounded a lot of pavement” before becoming a celebrated leading lady.

Regarding their shared profession, Connie said singers and actors on cruise ships were treated like celebrities. Sadly, that doesn’t translate to a glamorous living situation!
While Jenn remembers living in the bow of the ship, Connie joked that she lived in a “dungeon.” Attention aspiring actors: you MUST pay your dues!

But being nervous didn’t stop her from belting out songs. Connie said she enjoys being afraid and always seeks out opportunities that challenge her.
On the flipside, Connie’s son Eyob is rather musical! The proud mother noted that her son loves to play piano and the drums and practices his talent simply because he enjoys it. Jennifer shared how her own son is shy when it comes to singing but loves to dance.
The parents came together as Connie raised awareness about children in need.
