Before she graces the stage of “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” JHud makes sure to eat a healthy, nutritious breakfast that will give her the energy she needs to entertain audiences.
“Egg whites, turkey sausage, maybe a little cheese,” she revealed in an interview with KCCI.
While Jenn enjoys a protein-packed meal to fuel her throughout the day, one dish she has not tried is breakfast pizza — comprising cheese or gravy instead of traditional marinara sauce, as well as eggs, sausage, and veggies on a crust.
“That’s like butcher meat in the bag? Am I right? That’s a walking taco?” she said about the meal, which is basically taco ingredients in a bag of chips. “I just learned that. Like, how is the taco walking?”
