For Black History Month, “The Jennifer Hudson Show” has teamed up with American Family Insurance to celebrate dreamers who change the world. Jennifer welcomes Shay Jefferson from Belton, Missouri, founder of Family Resource Center, a nonprofit that provides services and essential items like baby supplies, food, and clothes to those in need. Shay was surprised with a $10,000 donation presented by the Jennifer Hudson Show so she could continue helping struggling Missouri families. #AmFamPartner
