JHud Sends a Heartfelt Message with This Gold Necklace
Fashion October 04, 2022
Jennifer Hudson is sending her love to those affected by Hurricane Fiona and Hurricane Ian.
On Monday’s episode of “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” JHud wore a brown Intermix button-down shirt with a matching Fendi print pencil skirt and Paris Texas snakeskin boots.
Per stylist Verneccia “V” Étienne, Jennifer absolutely loved this look because the “milk chocolate color” reminded her of her skin tone.
Jennifer felt this was the “perfect JHud outfit” because it was “fun, glamorous, and sexy in a classy way,” plus it was extremely comfortable to wear.
In addition to her gold bangle and sparkly silver bracelets, Jennifer wore a gold chain necklace that read, “Love.”
According to V, Jennifer specifically chose this necklace to show love for those affected by Hurricane Fiona, which impacted portions of the Caribbean and Eastern Canada, and Hurricane Ian, which caused damage across western Cuba and U.S. states including Florida and South Carolina.
It comes after last week when Jennifer interviewed chef José Andrés, whose organization World Central Kitchen has provided more than 167 million meals for people in need during times of disaster. Jennifer helped 84 Lumber donate $25,000 to WCK, and another $25,000 to the American Red Cross.

During the sit-down, Mike spoke about how he has gone above and beyond for the students who “are like my own children.”
“I want to be there when they succeed and be there through their struggles,” he told Jennifer. “My own two children say it feels like I have 500 brothers and sisters. I go on bike rides with them.”
Jennifer also surprised Mike with a much-deserved luxury vacation!
