For Black History Month, “The Jennifer Hudson Show” has teamed up with American Family Insurance to celebrate dreamers who change the world. Jennifer welcomes Lawanda Chambers from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the Vice President of the Board of Directors at Housing Resources Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals and families purchase their own homes. Jennifer surprised Lawanda with a $10,000 donation so Housing Resources Inc. can continue helping families who need homes. #AmFamPartner
