Quinta Brunson — writer, producer, and creator of “Abbott Elementary” — plays Janine Teagues.

Quinta Brunson talked about how emotional it was for her and her friend, "The Bear" star Ayo Edebiri, to win Emmys on the same night. "My baby sister just won an Emmy!" said Quinta. "That's how I feel about her. I'm crying again!"

"She sent you a garden of flowers," Jennifer said of Oprah Winfrey's gift to Quinta. "Everybody who worked on 'Abbott' got to take a bouquet home," said Quinta.
