What time should I arrive?
GUARANTEED Ticket Holders- Our ticket distribution begins at the time printed on your reservation letter. It is NOT necessary to arrive early, but please be on time. Your ENTIRE PARTY must be present at the time of check-in. You are subject to forfeit your tickets if you fail to arrive by the designated check-in time. Expect to be at the studios from this time to the end of the show. The person who booked the tickets must show a PHOTO ID in order to check-in their party. Identification should match the name on our audience list. Our ticket distribution area has limited seating and bringing chairs or blankets is prohibited. Please note that these tickets cannot be sold or transferred to another person.
STANDBY Ticket Holders- Standby ticket distribution is done on a first come, first serve basis. Our ticket distribution begins at the time printed on your reservation letter. It is at your own discretion as to how early you would like to arrive to hold a place in line. However, it is not within our control as to how early people arrive. Individuals may hold a spot in line for their party prior to the check-in time. When ticketing begins, your ENTIRE PARTY must be present. Our ticket distribution area has limited seating and bringing chairs or blankets is prohibited. Tickets cannot be sold or transferred to another person. We do NOT encourage flying or driving great distances with the sole purpose of coming to see the show on Standby. We do anticipate cancellations and/or ‘no shows’ however we cannot predict how many Standby ticket holders will be admitted into the studio audience. Audience seating is done at the discretion of our audience department. Due to seating accommodations, your party may be split up.
Is this letter my ticket?
NO. This is your reservation letter. The person who booked the reservation should have their name on our audience list. Everyone in the party must show a Photo ID to check in and receive tickets to be admitted into the show. For Warner Bros. security purposes, everyone in your party must always obtain a photo ID.
Is there anything that I am NOT allowed to bring to the show?
You are not allowed to bring any CAMERAS, recording devices, sharp objects, knitting needles, mace, weapons, knives, and/or scissors. (Think airport security: if you can’t take it into the airport, it is not allowed at WB.) Cell phones with cameras are ok but must be completely turned off before entering the studio. We do not hold any belongings and are not responsible for any items that are confiscated!
How old do I have to be to come to the show?
Everyone in your party must be at least 14 years old. All minors must be accompanied by an adult and have proof of age. A high school ID, birth certificate or passport may act as proof of age for those 14-18 years old.
May I bring food and drinks for the line?
YES. There are also local establishments within walking distance. These places can be found on the map provided. No food or drinks will be allowed inside the studio.
What am I allowed to wear?
Please dress nicely. You may be on camera! We recommend business casual or upscale/trendy attire. Dressy jeans are permitted. Please note that it is often cold in the studio. You may want to bring a light jacket or sweater to stay warm. We do not allow anyone to wear Jennifer Hudson and/or WB apparel, shorts, beachwear, or shirts with large logos. Group coordinating outfits are not allowed. We reserve the right to deny entrance to anyone inappropriately dressed.
Where is the best place to park?
In the parking structure off of Olive Avenue labeled WB Gate 3. Guest parking is free and available on the top floors. Please use the elevator and proceed to the first floor audience area near the visitor center.
Can I bring Jennifer Hudson a gift?
YES. Please notify a staff member if you have a gift. You will be asked to declare it at the security checkpoint. No gifts may be handed personally to Jennifer Hudson at any time.
Will Jennifer Hudson sign any autographs?
Unfortunately, NO. Due to time restraints and the number of people we accommodate per show, Jennifer will be unable to provide anyone with autographs or hugs. Please do not bring any items to be signed with you to the show.
Do you recommend a hotel in the area?
You can go online to look for hotels on various websites using the zip code 91522.
Who are the guests on the show and when will the show air?
These details change on a daily basis. We do not release any of this information until the day of your show. You will find out when you come to the studio. Jennifer Hudson will be here!
How many times can I attend the show?
Due to the high volume of ticket requests, parties are only permitted to attend a taping once per season. Our season generally runs late August-May. You are not eligible to submit for tickets if you have already attended a taping this season. If you attend under a different name and our staff or crew recognizes you as a repeat guest, you will be denied at the gate.
