“The Jennifer Hudson Show” is honoring Rhonda X — the founder of RXVR, a virtual reality development and marketing company — as part of Mastercard’s Strivers Initiative to support Black women-owned small businesses. Rhonda taught herself to code and now builds virtual reality worlds for companies including Mastercard, who recently hired Rhonda to create their Metaverse world, “Small Business City.” Rhonda is also an advocate for women in tech and is passionate about hiring other women and giving them opportunities.
