Leslie Jordan Reveals How Michelle Obama and Her Daughters Reacted After He Said a ‘Dirty Word’

Leslie Jordan is sharing to details of what happened when he performed in front of Michelle Obama and her daughters!
On Monday’s episode of “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” JHud interviewed the actor — who boasts over 5.8 million Instagram followers! — about the time the former First Lady came to see his one-man show in Palm Springs, California.
The “Call Me Kat” star, who toured “44 venues all over the world,” usually said a “dirty word” while telling his story about trying to be a good Christian while growing up gay.
“I’ve been baptized 14 times,” Leslie quipped to Jennifer Hudson.
Leslie whispered the word in Jennifer’s ear and told her he was initially hesitant to say it when he saw Michelle and daughters Malia and Sasha in the audience. (Leslie said the Obamas were invited by Valerie Jarrett, the former senior advisor to former President Barack Obama.)
“Oh, I thought, ‘I can’t say that dirty word. I’m not going to say that dirty word,’” Leslie recalled.

View StoryHowever, when Leslie DID say the word, it seems Michelle and her family reacted in an unexpected way.
“I said that dirty word and they hopped up and high-fived each other!” Leslie exclaimed.
“[Michelle’s] wonderful. I cannot say enough. And the daughters. They’re just fun, fun, fun!” he added.
These days, Leslie says doesn’t perform his one-man show anymore “because I don’t have to. I got a few dollars.”

On Monday’s show, Leslie also fanboyed over his “crush” Joel McHale!
While a guest panelist on Season 7 of “The Masked Singer,” Leslie got to work with the “Community” actor.
“He’s your crush?” JHud asked.
“He’s 9 feet tall,” Leslie said about Joel’s height. “He just rendered me mute. I have such a crush.”
