JHud Had to Dodge a Guy’s Ex AND Her Tennis Ball on a Bad 1st Date!

Jennifer Hudson had to ditch a guy on an awful first date — but would you have done the same?

On Friday’s episode of her daytime talk show, JHud detailed a time when she went out with a guy in her hometown of Chicago, Illinois.

While seated at the restaurant, Jennifer and her date were approached by a woman who looked past her but looked directly at the guy.

Though Jenn initially thought she was a fan, she discovered that the woman was her date’s ex!

After the awkward encounter, the woman went back to her table but then stormed out of the restaurant.

Next thing Jennifer knew, a tennis ball — yes, a tennis ball — FLEW towards Jenn’s table. When Jenn looked up, she discovered that the woman was the one who threw the ball.

Needless to say, Jenn called her best friend Walter, rounded up all of her belongings, and got out of there ASAP!

Sadly, Jenn isn’t the only member of “The Jennifer Hudson Show” who had to make a quick getaway from a disastrous date.

On Thursday’s episode, our awesome co-executive producer Shani told the live studio audience about her “worst date ever”!

After getting picked up, Shani and the guy — who was “cute,” by the way — drove to the restaurant UNTIL his car stopped.

“He says, ‘I ran out of gas,’” Shani recalled. “‘But there’s a gas station two blocks [away], I can see it. You stay here, I’m gonna get gas.’”

However, once the guy got out of his car and walked around the corner, Shani made her exit and walked to a friend’s house nearby.

“‘You take me home, ’cause this was not it,’” Shani told the friend.

Shani added to Jenn that she knew she wanted to leave the exact moment he got out of the car.

“Jennifer, my mind was made up,” Shani explained. “I knew what I was doing. I was getting out of there as soon as possible.”

Though one audience member said she would have waited around for the guy, another said it was the guy’s fault for not preparing.

This begs the question…
