JHud Chose an Outfit to Display Strength and Confidence While Reuniting with Randy Jackson

Jennifer Hudson proves she’s top brass while interviewing her former “American Idol” judge Randy Jackson.

On Thursday’s episode of “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” JHud meant business when she rocked a three-piece pinstripe suit from Saint Art along with pink studded Dolce & Gabbana heels. Jennifer accessorized her fierce fit with a 24k gold chain on her vest — to resemble a men’s waistcoat from the 1800s — and a custom-made chain link “EGOT” bracelet to remind everyone that she has an Emmy, two Grammys, an Oscar, and a Tony!

According to stylist Verneccia “V” Etienne, one of JHud’s many nicknames is “Boss Lady,” so Jenn wanted to wear a look that shows strength and confidence.

With her suit, jewelry, AND fierce shoes, JHud’s ensemble screams, “The boss is here!”

On Thursday’s episode, Jenn reunited with Randy Jackson, who was her judge on Season 3 of “American Idol.”

Though most know that Jenn finished seventh in the competition, many forget that Randy saved Jennifer earlier in the competition when he picked her as his wild card.

“Without this man, I wouldn’t be here today,” Jennifer declared.

During their interview, Jenn praised Randy for his constructive criticism, and noted that if he said she was flat, Randy could go to the piano to prove his point.
