The next "Bachelor" has been announced, and he’s sitting down with Jennifer Hudson this Friday!
On Tuesday’s “After the Final Rose” special, it was revealed that “The Bachelorette” Season 19 contestant Zach Shallcross will appear on season 27 of the hit ABC franchise.
And get this: His first television interview will be with JHud!
On the latest season of “The Bachelorette,” which starred two women, Zach was one of Rachel Recchia’s finalists until he was eliminated in week eight.

During the season, Rachel questioned whether the 26-year-old tech executive was too young to get married despite Rachel being less than a year older than him.
Per the show’s website, Zach is an “old-fashioned romantic” who has “a huge heart that he is so ready to share forever with the right woman.”
The Anaheim Hills, California native's uncle is actor Patrick Warburton, who has appeared on sitcoms such as “Seinfeld” and “Less Than Perfect.”
