JHud Discovers the Right Way to Eat Girl Scout Cookies
August 26, 2022
Think you know how to eat a Girl Scout cookie?… Think again!
The way you place the sea salt-topped treats in your mouth can completely transform the way they taste, according to a representative of the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
They explained that the “sea salt hits your tongue differently so it tastes different each way.” Who knew??

“I have never heard that about a cookie,” Jenn replied. “Or anything. Like if you eat it this way, it tastes [different].”
“The Jennifer Hudson Show” Executive Producer Andy Lassner put it to the test.
“If he eats it upside down, it tastes different than when he eats it right side up,” the Girl Scouts cookies fan told Jenn.
“Yeah, that’s amazing,” Andy added.
Needless to say, our minds are BLOWN!
Who says science can’t be scrumptious? Next time you buy cookies from your favorite Girl Scouts troop, make sure to test out this tasty theory!
Jenn — who’s known for eating cookies the size of her head — also got to try a new chocolate raspberry flavor.
Jennifer satisfied her sweet tooth at the 12th annual Hatch Day in Chicago, an event honoring Jennifer Hudson’s nephew Julian D. King on what would have been his 21st birthday.
During the gathering at Salem Baptist Church, volunteers gifted children with back-to-school supplies as well as treats including ice cream.
In addition to organizing this special day, Jennifer and her sister Julia King — Julian’s mother — founded the Julian D. King Gift Foundation in Julian’s memory.
