Jennifer Hudson’s Experimental Late-Night Snacks!
Lifestyle August 26, 2022
Don’t mess with Jennifer when it comes to making eggs!
As a busy singer, actress, and talk show host, when it comes to choosing between late-night eating and sleeping, JHud would rather choose the latter. But as the EGOT winner says, when you’ve got a house full of boys, “You gotta eat!”

During her trip to Massachusetts, where she threw the ceremonial first pitch for the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park, Little David’s mama told the team about the after-hours snacking options in her house.
“It’s gotta be worth it,” JHud said before reeling off a list of her favorite eats.
SAVORY
“Cheese platter… um… shishito peppers… a boiled egg. Oh my God, I can boil you an egg… I’m trying to tell you,” Jennifer laughed. “Me and my son, we experiment on the eggs. You ever had all-purpose seasoning? It’s just all-purpose; sprinkle some hot sauce on them and we experiment with them to zhoosh them up. You can do classic with the salt… You’ve gotta have mustard.”
SWEETS
“And then we have yummy moments; sometimes we have ice cream and cookies,” JHud continued. “Chocolate chip cookies the size of my face.”
Jennifer added, “Oooh, Key lime pie! Walter Williams is a chef and every blue moon he makes a Key lime pie. I like the little ones because it’s not too much.”
