Jennifer Hudson channels a romantic comedy protagonist with her fashion.
On “The Jennifer Hudson Show” (original air date October 12, 2022), JHud rocked a fun and flirty look in a pink Alice + Olivia jacket, a white Ena Pelly T-shirt, and white Ramy Brook drawstring pants.
However, the real showstopper was Jenn’s pink ostrich feather Dolce & Gabbana heels!
According to stylist Verneccia “V” Etienne, she and Jennifer wanted to add a little “romanticism” to her look considering she was going to interview heartthrob — and romantic comedy staple — Taye Diggs!
Jenn wore diamond-encrusted silver bracelets and a sparkly silver heart-shaped necklace with her gorgeous getup.
On Wednesday’s show, Taye and Jennifer bonded over starting their careers at Disney.
While JHud played one of the muses in “Hercules” on a Disney cruise ship, Taye worked at Disneyland in Tokyo, Japan.
“Everybody, everything was Japanese. They had not seen Black people. They actually thought I was Michael Jordan at times,” he said about his experience.
“I had to learn Japanese. We sang in Japanese. It was ridiculous, but it was a lot of fun and I got to see the world.”

“You have to put in the hard work. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do it. Everything is inside of you, and you can do it no matter what anyone tells you.”
