Before looking ahead to 2024, I like to reflect on the year that was. And 2023 was a big one for “The Jennifer Hudson Show”!
I welcomed Vice President Kamala Harris to the Happy Place. We spent the hour with Oprah Winfrey and the cast of “The Color Purple.” I presented Mariah Carey, Smokey Robinson, and Dionne Warwick with the “Jennifer Hudson Show” Legend Award. And I honored 50 years of hip-hop and icon Missy Elliott for my Halloween show!
I also surprised so many people, like all my “Knock Stars” around the country, and a bride and groom on their wedding day. I even surprised myself, stepping out of my comfort zone to learn how to swim and ice skate with Olympians Ryan Lochte and Tara Lipinski!
