Henson, Corey Hawkins, and Phylicia Pearl Mpasi, plus director Blitz Bazawule. They’ll all be here on Friday, December 15, to discuss their incredible new movie!
“The Color Purple” has always held a special place in my heart, and performing in the Broadway production was such a meaningful moment in my career.
This is truly a full-circle moment for me to reunite with so many people I respect and that I’ve had the honor to work with over the years. I cannot wait to spend time with the cast to learn all about their interpretation of this classic story.
