Jennifer Dazzles in a Trench Coat Given to Her by a Fab Friend

Jennifer Hudson gets by with a little help from her stylish friends!
On Friday’s episode of “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” JHud looked fresh as can be in a magenta dress, purple stocking boot-heels, and a fabulous multicolored coat — a gift from her friend and hairstylist Albert Morrison.
According to stylist Verneccia “V” Étienne, when Albert saw the colorful garment, he immediately said it was Jennifer personified in a trench coat. V said Jenn just had to wear it on the show.

View Story“This is how you get your boots on the ground in a big way, the best way possible,” Chaka told Jenn. “You’re setting your own tone. You’re doing the stuff that you love and it’s feeding your heart so you can give good food back.”
“That’s right,” Jenn said in response to Chaka’s metaphor. “’Cause I’m going to feed you!”
Chaka also commented on Jenn’s high-fashion shoes, saying that her daughter recently sent her a photo of an identical pair.
“Where do they begin and end?” Chaka recalled asking her daughter.
“It goes all the way up there,” Jenn explained.
Jenn also complimented Chaka on her gorgeous army-green outfit, saying, “You better be sharp. This is diva ready!”
