‘Queer Eye’ Décor Expert Bobby Berk Wants You to Show Off Your ‘Ugly’ Items
Lifestyle October 05, 2022

“Queer Eye” star Bobby Berk wants your home to help you recharge!
The home décor expert appeared on Wednesday’s episode of “The Jennifer Hudson Show,” and JHud told him she loved his designs.
When asked what tips he had, Bobby shared: “Your home is like a phone charger. You need a full charge to make it go through the next day.”
Bobby — who believes a “happy home is a happy life” indicated that he’s a fan of the KonMari Method, which encourages people to let go of the belongings that no longer serve them.
“Like Marie Kondo, make it spark joy,” Bobby said about living spaces.
Bobby recently launched his new line on QVC and told Jennifer that growing up it was “one of the few stations I was allowed to watch.”
The Design Your Home with Bobby Berk collection for QVC features a beautifully crafted selection of home décor items that are neutral, interchangeable, multipurpose, and approachable, so they’ll fit your style whether you’re living in an apartment, metropolitan area, or suburban home.
Bobby explained that just because something isn’t aesthetically pleasing, it doesn’t mean you should let go of it. Instead, clear out a home and make room for things that have meaning and sentimental value.
“If you like that ugly thing that your aunt gave you, put it in there,” Bobby continued to Jennifer. “Have what makes you happy.”
